Lily Wu is a Taiwan and New York–licensed attorney advising technology companies, listed corporations, international clients, and cross-border families on Taiwan-related legal matters.
Her practice focuses on patent litigation, trade secret protection, intellectual property transactions, and cross-border commercial matters. She possesses deep expertise in IP enforcement and has successfully led multinational teams to secure landmark victories in patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark disputes. She regularly advises on complex licensing arrangements, joint development agreements, and multi-jurisdictional IP portfolio management.
Beyond her IP practice, Lily also counsels international couples on prenuptial agreements and asset-protection planning, coordinating Taiwan law with clients’ home-country legal systems.
